Terms & Conditions

Draft — pending your review before publishing. Anything in [brackets] needs a real value filled in.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order on this website, operated by Galactica (Galactica Organic Milk & Foods Private Limited), you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or place an order.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your PIN secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Wallet

Recurring deliveries (daily/weekly/custom) are paid from a prepaid wallet balance
Each delivery is auto-debited from your wallet on the scheduled day
Your Galactica wallet holds store credit for your orders. It can't be used as cash, withdrawn to a bank at will, or transferred to anyone else. If you'd like a refund of your unused balance to your original payment method, email us at wecare@galactica.org.in or message us on WhatsApp and we'll process it.
You can pause, resume, skip, or cancel a subscription any time from your account
If your wallet balance is insufficient, the affected subscription is automatically paused

5. One-Time Orders & Delivery Fees

Subscription deliveries are always free
One-time (non-subscription) orders carry a distance-based delivery fee, shown before you confirm
That fee is waived if an active subscription is already delivering to you the same day

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not accept cash on delivery. Prices are subject to change — see our Refund & Shipping Policy for how a price change affects an existing subscription.

7. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Mumbai and neighbouring serviceable areas. Your delivery zone and fee are based on your registered pincode.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. See our Refund & Shipping Policy for what happens to your wallet balance.

9. Food Safety & Licensing

Galactica is a licensed food business under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our FSSAI License Number is 11526009000208, held by Satyam Enterprise. All products are prepared, handled, and delivered in accordance with applicable food safety regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the Galactica name and branding — is the property of Galactica and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Galactica is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
